Saw the same thing on Chaz’s LinkedIn. He specifically mentioned new action figures are coming as part of his newly signed “Nostalgia Contract”.

It's also says they signed it and it is for WWE. When I saw your post, I was afraid it was for one of these small companies that like to release renders of action figures. This a good sign that they are pursuing people to go in the MNW line. Hopefully, we get Gangrel too and more WCW mid carders/jobbers. |

Awesome news. I was hoping when they started rubbing elbows with the Major Pod guys this would eventually happen. Their BCAs are some of my favorites of that entire line. Two really toyetic guys who had a short but awesome tag run during arguably WWE's greatest year ever. I was a fan then and I've enjoyed them the last few years on the Indies since they do a lot of stuff here in Florida. Happy for them.
But also, Beaver Cleavage Ultimate or we riot.

Not bothered about them personally but thanks for the news, and good to hear Mattel is pushing WWE to sign new legends. Here's hoping we can get some new WCW/NWO names as well.

As long as they have cloth skirts, this is awesome.
Plastic ones will restrict ROM so it'd be a bummer.

Seems the Legends contracts are now for top tier talents who will be used on shows, tours, appearances, etc and more on the Hogan level. Nostalgia contract seems to be handed to folks like Madusa, Headbangers etc to get their likeness for merch and licensing only. |

I think they've just changed the wording of what they're calling them. I've seen similar language used for Samu, Kurt Angle, Superstar Billy Graham, etc. The terms sound identical to what used to be Legends deals - 5 years for licensing rights for various types of merch. |
