COMES NOW, Plaintiffs, WFigs Members, by and through undersigned counsel, and file this Motion for Extension of Time, seeking relief in the form of additional time to reach 5,000 backers, and as grounds states:
1) Plaintiff respectfully request the Honorable Steve extend the 30 day time period to at least 45 days to allow us to reach 5k backers.
2) The Nitro stage is amazing and this will be the only opportunity for us to obtain it.
3) Bill or no other Mattel employee will be prejudiced by a 15 day extension to allow additional backers to save a few bucks and potentially reach 5k backers.
