Lou we’re gonna be the sdcc exclusive 💀 Unless I missed something on another thread, pretty sure the headline of this thread is "Which Comic Con Ultimates Do YOU Want??" The operative word is "Want", not the phrase of "...do you think it will be?" So what is there to laugh at if the poll's answer of who they "want" is winning? *I am an English and reading teacher IRL so wording is important, obviously they are not to the one "laughing" at those who want those figures. I’m not just talking about this thread. A lot of People on other threads were “predicting” capt lou and cyndi ue 2 pack. I’m sure we’ll get a capt Lou elite maybe not Ue |

I think it looks great. The thing about the SDCC exclusives is the card it comes on. So THAT is what will make this specialYeah, I'm looking forward to see what packaging it comes in... If I had to guess, I'd say it'll be the same as the Coliseum Collection 2-packs - ie. a box containing 2 separate figures of Ali in ref gear and Ali in boxing gear. Ali as ref/Wrestlemania I fits right in with the CC time period too... |

Why would it be Miz and Snoop? These are planned out over a year in advance and Mania was like a month ago. And Snoop has crossover appeal but isn’t someone is clamoring for a figure of and Miz is a career mid carder. Miz had a enjoyable 2010-2011 WWE Title Run, reinvigorated the IC title when people couldn't care less, he is one if not the safest in ring workers of all time and yet people like you forget that and just disrespect him because he changed into a glorified jobbrr since that ridiculous stuff with Shane. |

While Ali is a really impressive get for Mattel, I feel like this is the first SDCC exclusive that appeals to non-wrestling collectors before the die-hards. A lot of the recent exclusives have had crossover appeal, but they were all made with the die-hard wrestling fan in mind first and foremost. Slim Jim Macho, Mr. T's first figure, LJN Slaughter, No Holds Barred, those are all figures that wrestling fans craved and casual fans of 80s/90s pop culture may also enjoy. WM1 Ali is something that casual fans of 80s/90s pop culture may enjoy, and something that may appeal to the die-hard WWE collector. All that to say I'm not sure how many people are going to be *REALLY* into this.

Didn’t see the pic of Ali floating around until today. Off of just that image, my hype level is very low for this one. That could change if he’s packed with a more interesting figure. There is a fun novelty of having Ali to pose as the ref in some set ups; but compared to Mr. T and Zeus, it’s not really exciting. Plus the likeness on the shouting face isn’t that good, at least in that picture.

Not sure the other figure will be a wrestler, like Hogan or Orndorff. It's possible they may put him in his boxer gear, which he wore in his Boxer vs Wrestler match against Inoki which the WWWF aired. |

Minor point but if you're including both hands doing "1", "2" and "3", plus the open hands for "5", as well as the closed fists for "0", surely you may as well throw "4" hands in there as well lol. Complete the set for that full "0-10" countout experience!
As I said before I have no interest in celebrity figures, but it looks good for those who want it, and hopefully one day WWE will allow Mattel to give us more real classic referees e.g. Nick Patrick, Randy Anderson, Mark Curtis, Earl Hebner, etc
