Haven't seen much about that figure in months. I know we seen pictures last year of the figure but it's been all quiet on that line since Wrestling Trader took over. Feels like it's become an afterthought while they get Series 2 of the Wrestling Megastars done.
All I'll say on that is look how long Dynamite took to come out, but it ended up being worth the wait (at least it was for me) so don't give up because I'm sure when it comes out it'll be great!

You DO realise Dynamite Kid was shipped just a few weeks ago right?
Personally I wouldn't hold my breath for the next 6 months. Then again, you could always contact Epic Toys/Wrestling Trader...

They put an update out and people still moan, go figure When wrestling trader took over they provided updates on every other figure that had already been put up for pre order. That was in September. If they knew then that nothing had begun on the Sabu they could have said that then. But between September and now, if they started production when they took over the company, which would have made sense since someone had already taken our money, they should be well into production by now. Far enough along to give more of an update that they’re still coming. Lots of people asked follow up questions under the post and they haven’t responded to any of them btw. |

They gave detailed updates on other figures such as “some of the molds are finished” or “figures have been assembled”. The same thing could be done here. Anything less seems suspicious. Like maybe they’re providing an update now because they’re just now going into production which would be wild. Almost 9 months since they took over operations. |

Or because the Dynamite kid was in the same situation when they took over? This is a fresh mould with no reused parts in a factory that more than likely haven’t produced one like this before. When you normally see renders and artwork the production is well under way. Granted, the Sabu hasn’t been prioritised over series 2 of Wrestling Megastars but it is coming, expect an update in the next couple of weeks with further visuals and more details on Sabu. |
