Very good point. I reached out on the website, because my orders weren’t showing. Kanik responded promptly that my orders are good, and Demolition is on track to be early. I hope that means this month!

Those last couple of posts of yours have come across as abrasive and I’m not sure why there was a shift. No one said you guys haven’t delivered items in the past or wouldn’t in the future. There was conjecture thrown out that maybe you were waiting to put up the next set of preorders once the other figures were delivered so that you wouldn’t end up like the other companies who have a large backlog. I theorized that you guys were maybe being conscientious of your customers and instead you seemed to take it as an insult?

Let me ask you this: Why did you share a preview image of that Macho Man? Why post anything about the figures at all until they are available for preorder? The answer should be simple: to generate buzz and hold people’s interest.

Maybe some positive/constructive feedback would help us both here. You said it right there. “We said months ago.” Stop what you are doing and go to your own social media pages. Go to majorpodmerch.com and then come back and tell us where that information is easily available. It’s not. There are a million orders and pre orders and expected delivery dates for all kinds of companies and things do get lost in the shuffle. Your focus is not everyone else’s focus which means sometimes information doesn’t stick unfortunately.

Something you guys are really lacking is any kind of tracker. There isn’t a graphic, marquee, crawler, or banner that provides that basic information all in one easy to find place. “This is what is for sale now until XX. This is what is coming up for sale next. And this is what will be delivered soon.” That would be a great thing for some of us to reference and would take a very small amount of effort for whoever does your graphic design/website to update once every 30-60 days.

On a scale from Mitch to Zombie (6 hours vs. 6 months) I am going to guess 6 weeks baring anything major (no pun intended). Its possible the recent developing international situation could impact a number of things including shipments. Obviously my heart goes out to the tragic loss of life and suffering above all else.

Because this is the week it’s up. We don’t need to add confusion by having certain things up for pre order while hyping other future things. We don’t need a public schedule for upcoming pre-orders. We focus on one thing at a time.

I had no interest in buying LJN style figures. Now seeing the Demos and Savage/Andre I'm pretty sure I'm going to crack.
