Pre-orders start tomorrow! Powers of pain look incredible especially barbarian! Was hoping warlord would have the red and black face paint instead of the black and blue because every figure released of him has those colors. Still a definite purchase for me though. Any chance of a warlord variant with the red and black paint? I definitely see your point. But for me, I think and like that going with non-red accents differentiates them more from Demolition. |

Same. I was hoping for that as well. Their red and black look from the Survivor Series 1989 team photo would have been great. But, with that being said, these turned out really well. Dusty, too. Ordered the bundle and an extra dusty to custom into polk a dot gear.
Hopefully we get a repaint of powers of pain with different face paint and deco on the side of the pants!

Fantastic. This is by far my favorite wrestling figure line out today. Just takes my right back to my youth. Powers of Pain are now complete and look awesome. For me Dusty takes the cake. I am so glad he is not in the polka dots, I would've gotten him anyway but this is just great. Thanks guys!!

They are knocking out of the park some of my most wanted, already getting us Smash, Barbarian, and matching Ax and Warlord! Even the Macho, Andre, Bulldogs, Duggan and Slaughter are pleasant surprises I didn’t know I would want so much! Jannetty, too, I wouldn’t have listed high on my wish-list, but am very happy to have. I’m looking forward to more surprises to come from the WWF-LJN era, whether or not they had LJNs before.
My remaining top realistic(?) wish-list is: Hercules (blue trunks, chain), Bad News Brown, One Man Gang, King Haku, Dino Bravo, Butch Reed, Rougeau Brothers, The Genius, “Dangerous” Danny Davis, Islander Tama

Just grabbed Dusty … no interest in the POP though I might have bought the Barbarian if there was an option to get him as a single … I also ordered Magnum back in February so my America’s Team is complete … next, bring on the Rock & Roll !!!

If I were to make a list of my most wanted figures it would probably be: Mr. Perfect, Ronnie Garvin, Red Rooster, Windham & Rotundo, Bolsheviks, Rougeau Brothers, Dino Bravo, Ron Bass, Butch Reed, Billy Graham, Bad News Brown, Danny Davis, Pedro Morales and some of the early 80's like Moondogs, Samoans, Putski, Johnson, Atlas.
NWA: I hope to see R&R Express, Big Bubba, Midnight Express, Wahoo McDaniel, The Koloffs, Manny Fernandez, Ole & Arn Anderson, Blanchard & The Road Warriors.

Of course there’s the obvious point that Billy Graham seems to now have a Legends deal again, with a recent Mattel fig announced. Yeah, a set with older Billy Graham, The Rock Don Muraco, and 1970s Billy Graham would be great. Not sure about who is signed, Muraco only had one figure from Mattel, and it was a few years ago - I think. But Billy Graham does appear to be signed by WWE/Mattel. |
