So who are we all thinking for the June wave? For the “old school,” I’m guessing Rock n Roll Express. For the “not old school,” I’m really thrown off, as other than Cardona and Myers, I thought they were sticking with “old school.” Maybe Smart Mark and Heath? Is the line strategy opening up?

That it wasn't said specifically as "2x LJN and 2x non-LJN" but rather "old school" and "not old school" makes me think RNR Express given that they have had some recent play on Powertown. "Non-old school" makes me think it'll be someone that's had a recent Major Bendie a la Raven. Going through that list, some guys are on WWE deals, but obviously many names aren't on an exclusive-rights contract for merch/figs. So I am thinking Raven and Dreamer for some reason. |

That’s a tough one to speculate on. Not old school doesn’t necessarily mean modern day so the door could be open for a lot of possibilities.
Raven would be neat to see as mentioned above…getting some ECW guys would be an interesting development. Many characters would lend themselves well to the LJN look but I’m not convinced that is the direction they are going based on previous statements from Matt.
Danhausen is always toyetic. No idea if he is still selling really well since some of his buzz died down (don’t think it’s his fault; dude has been jerked around). He would look fun in this form factor.

I get that the longer this line goes, with availability limitations, they were bound to have to change up their “rules.” It won’t be for me when they go outside of the WWF/LJN era, but that’s ok. Money saved!

I'll definitely be disappointed if there isn't at least one golden era in the next wave. Zero interest in rock n roll express and even less interest in any current guys. I would buy a raven though |

Money saved! We feel the next line up will please current big rubber guy fans and attract new fans. That’s the goal. Grow the line and keep our fans happy. Can’t please everybody obviously…but we are trying our best. Tentative release plan… June - 4 figs July - will be a (hopefully) in stock SDCC exclusive August - 3 figs October - Possibly NYCC exclusive(s) November - 3 figs |

Whatever it takes to grow and keep this line going strong for years to come! I can’t wait to see what’s ahead. And truly, I know my collection tastes are limited, so I don’t expect it to cater to me. I’ll be selective, but enjoy the ride along the way! Thank you!

As you well know, space in that area can be ridiculously competitive so not having a booth in the convention center makes sense. Even if you, Brian, or Mark have conflicting schedules, it would still be great to see some sort of representation from someone affiliated with the show/the BRG and Bendies line. The convention vlogs can be some of the most fun to watch. Although it’s not a wrestling specific convention, there is always that cross appeal. One of my favorite things is to see people who had no idea a line existed discover it (and start collecting it). |

I know Myers is a big ECW guy (and friends with quite a few of them, I believe). It wouldn’t surprise me if they went that direction with some of their releases. Mixing in guys like Raven, Dreamer, Sabu and Candido with the golden era guys. There’s still a rabid ECW fan base, so I could see that grabbing collectors’ attention.

Something that has been bugging me about the POP renders: looks like their heads are too big for their bodies? Does anyone else see that?

Cardona has already said on here that for June, 2 are “old school” and 2 are “not old school.” He also said a few weeks back(?) that the next 6 releases include 5 first time to this form factor, and 1 LJN redo. I’d guess that’s still the case, even though the next sets are apparently 4 and 3 figures? |
