I think eventually you’ll see a Macho King or 90s Macho in hat.

They look great! Personally, I’m looking forward to the August releases, especially with your hint that 2 would be “for me” as an 80’s WWF collector! And btw, kudos for keeping the price consistent 8 series in for an independent niche market collection in this market! Truly appreciated!

It’s June … when does Magnum ship?? According to their website projected delivery updates, Bulldogs are coming in June (Cardona has confirmed here they are on their way), Magnum and Duggan in July, and Powers of Pain and Dusty in September. These are “subject to change,” of course.

So on the Major Pod, they have a segment called “Snubbed Superstar.” I’m not on social media besides here, but I like the idea of discussing who we think was *snubbed* from the original LJN line (not just who was missed, but who was truly “snubbed”). The easy answers for me are Demolition Smash and Powers of Pain Barbarian (thank you, Big Rubber Guys team, for filling these holes SO many years later!). Beyond them, while there are at least 15-20 others who truly deserved to have been in the line, I’d say the most “snubbed” would be Wendi Richter and Fabulous Moolah- heck they were even in the cartoon from the same era! What do you all think? Who got “snubbed” from the original LJN line?
*and sorry if this is in the wrong thread. But it’s related, so…

But it’s related, so… Some others, The Rock Don Muraco, Dino Bravo, Superstar Billy Graham, Gorilla Monsoon, Brutus the Barber Beefcake, Akeem, Tama, and Rougeau Brothers come to mind. Probably can't say they were snubbed since they arrived in late 1988, around the time they were losing the license, but the Brain Busters would have been nice.

Just thinking about a good LJN/Big Rubber Guy, Ken Patera. He could be the one with the chase figure. Regular figure could probably be the babyface in the black singlet and long-ish brown hair. Then the chase could be heel Patera in the blue singlet and long-ish white/blonde hair.

That’s great except for one big problem, it’s a tentative schedule … when I ordered Magnum back in February it was scheduled to be shipped this month & now?? … also, these being delayed will probably cause every series afterwards to be the same way … the wait time is deplorable

Im waiting on any line out there to make a Playboy Buddy Rose. My guess is that Powertown is the only company out there who would be willing to take that kind of risk as I don’t think the demand is high enough to make a profit. Not even sure breaking even would be possible unless you are reusing parts (in which case a BRG is probably out of the question).

is it safe to assume that the S8 BRG window closes on 6/30? Both of my yearly vacations are in June: family vacation then annual MLB stadiums trip with my buddy. I have to see what my funds look like, but dang do I want Demolition!!!
