Wow! Sarge looks really tiny. Yeah, he’s a little small. But he was based on the LJN prototype that Cardona has, which was supposed to be in Series 1 of the original line. I compare him to the Volkoff figure, which he’s comparable in size and scale to.

Oh, and I should add that Macho is on a stand too, so he’s deceivingly taller here. He kept falling over and knocking down the others in the ring.

Went ahead & pulled the last minute trigger on the Road Warriors this morning … after all I just couldn’t bare the thought of seeing them on eBay this time next year for probably 3 or $400 & kicking myself for not grabbing them now … the Warriors along with Dusty & Magnum also ordered I’m getting quite the Nwa collection started so far

Do we know if the Slight delay on the Bulldogs affects Hacksaw/Magnum or Dusty/POP?

WOW! Not for me, but it looks truly incredible! Might rival Macho for the most stunning looking BRG yet!

Thats cool. Least desired route from the suit up. Itll be cooler when its repainted in red. Evergreen pink macho and red flairs would be safe bets

Damn, i hope flair is easier to get than savage was. I still need to track down him at a decent price. Look forward to the non bloody version aswell!

Flair looks great. Not for me though. That being said, my bulldogs arrived today and they are fantastic. Well worth the wait.

That Flair is a cool surprise but I’ll be holding off for a non bloody version as well … plus I’m sure the price of that one will be up there considering it’s limited to 1000

Had both of my yearly vacations in June, so was short on funds, but I bought the RWs anyway. Couldn't pass them up!

Incredible! Any idea the ballpark price point? Same as the others or at least relatively close? Every July I need to plan my spending accordingly, with so many drops, pre-orders, and exclusives. *Glad I tapped out from GI Joe Classifieds, so one less line (and SDCC exclusive) to worry about budgeting for, HAHAHA!!!).

Oh man, that Flair is nice! That's what I'm talking about. The likeness, his hair, face and body type, are all spot on in my opinion. That sculpt might be my new favorite overtaking Macho.

Going back to the discussion in the Heels and Faces thread about quality of figures and price, it's kind of unbelievable to see these are only $10 more than ZST, when the figures are stunning and such a higher value IMO.
I know it will never happen, but I wish you'd all get into the Retro game.

I completely agree with that. BRG’s almost feel underpriced but they made it accessible to the majority of collectors. It’s more justifiable to order more than one at a time/X amount each year that way. If they were $65-$75 each, I think people might start to tap even though they are of a high enough quality to justify that price tag. Even though I am neither a collector of the Major Bendies or BRG line (except for Andre), I have been tempted to break my own collecting rules. But with how good those lines are, as mrh said, it really makes me wish they were doing Retros. I know they have said no to it in the past so it’s unlikely to see anytime soon…but at least we know the proper amount of detail would be put into them to make sure they actually looked like Hasbros. They managed to do that with the two lines thus far. Kind of wish they had done the Galoob line but they definitely would have walked into a smaller niche market that was already beginning to feel crowded before anything was released. Honestly what is left from that era for us spoiled collectors to want? Toybiz? lol
