The two biggest names ever in the business… who you going with? I see Hogan challenging Austin for a match @ WM40 so I thought this is a good time to make this one lol!!
It’s real tough but I’m going with Austin since he’s my fav ever but I also love Hogan too… these two legends are easily the biggest draws & biggest stars ever in the industry… impossible to compete or compare with em in all aspects!!
Big respect to both of these legends! Forever!

Hard to say as I’m a fan of both. I might give another answer tomorrow but today I’ll say Austin.

Stone Cold, no question. WM17 was my first ever event and Austin/Rock is still my all time favourite match. I was a fan of Hogan after his return to WWE in 2002 but over the years just been a bit meh on him as a performer. He's just not for me.
Austin though I loved and even watching his early years and seeing how good a wrestler he was before the injury, not saying he wasn't after but his style was obviously different, it just made me more of a fan. His character was so good it's hard not to have him as greatest of all time all round.

For me, Austin. I wasn't really a Hulk fan, nothing against him, but I liked other guys on the roster besides him (Macho, Warrior, Piper, Bret, etc.) Austin was my last favorite/hero in wrestling. When they turned him heel in 2001 (in Houston, no less), I kind-of lost interest in wrestling. Not to mention, a lot of my earlier hero's were starting to retire at the time as well.

Easiest one yet. Austin. In terms of character, matches, promos, merch, moments, pops, themes, and bald ass heads. In the world of pro wrestling, superior in every way.

I’m a huge fan of both, but it’s probably Hogan. He was a focal point when I started watching and stayed near the top for a long time. Austin was unbelievably white hot during his heyday, but comparatively it was a very short time. It really sucks that injuries hampered what could’ve been a sustained awesome run.

Austin 3:16 baby, no way around it. Some would even say that's the bottom line.
Hollywood Hogan is a close second for me though. The Real American song is legendary and always will be but I've never been a fan of the McDonalds color scheme or the "eat your Wheaties kids" pure baby face characters. Loved the black with blue and white accents full villain/ant-hero Hogan. He looked like a real mean mamajama back then, even when his bandana came off lol. That's how I like to remember Hogan. That Hogan can go up against anyone in my mind.

Gotta go with Austin.
Despite starting to watch in 89, I was never really a Hulkamaniac.
Austin was just something else altogether man. Kids can watch the old footage and that's great, but seeing his rise and all the stuff he got up to as it happened was so much fun.

Austin & it isn't even close folks. 97-99 Austin is just fantastic to me & I can't get enough of it.
Different eras & so difficult to compare though.
I love Hogan too. Mega Powers split was my first story....his heel turn sucked me back in.
