Even at 6yrs old I realized this show in general sucked but did like the Monster Truck showdown at the time.

Rewatched this and the Nitro's leading up to it not too long ago - Sting even says MULTIPLE times that he doesn't trust Flair, and then teams up with him anyway.
All this did was make Sting look like an idiot.

Pa-LEASE!!! There was no way of Sting knowing Flair would turn on him like that! Flair had always been a standup guy leading up to that. Itβs not like he had ever turned on Sting before. So I will not sit here while you besmirch Sting in such a manner. Nope not on my watch!

Everyone watching could see this coming a mile away, and yet it was still one of the most enjoyable angles/moments WCW did in 1995.
In the era of Hogan, Savage, and the Dungeon of Doom, the Pillman/Arn vs. Flair/Sting angle felt like a true WCW moment/angle.
