Two of the best in the business right here... who you guys going with?
It’s a hard one once again ffs but I’m picking Hogan for now, next time I’ll change it to Savage lol!!
Both guys had huge impacts in the business & outside the business... both guys are still loved til this day.

Savage's matches are endlessly rewatchable. His promos, while occasionally perplexing, and the stuff of legend.
Hogan had a handful of decent matches, and only a few really good ones. His promos were a mixed bag.
So it's Savage without a doubt for me.

Randy Savage for me, while I never disliked Hulk Hogan, even as a kid he was not one of my favorites. Randy Savage was a heel when I first started watching and right from the start, I thought that he was awesome.

nWo Savage seemed like a Hollywood Hogan ripoff. Bandana, sunglasses, weight belt. Unique raspy way of speaking. Black attire with lightning. He was Hollywood Light-ning.

I'm so excited to do this deep dive on Macho. I'm almost done with most the matches I was given for my Hulkster history lesson but Machos over the top personality was always so funny and cool to me as a kid. I gotta give him the nod.   |
