I still say this figure makes me angry I have my "Sami Zayn Morality Scale" for buying figures because until Logan tips past the threshold, I can't justify owning one.
And that is a really lovely looking figure.

A refund does not fix the issue in this circumstance.
Pay a dollar, get refunded a dollar is not the case here.
That collector now needs to pay 2x, 3x, 4x the retail price on the secondary market in order to get his item now.
Its different when its a retail exclusive. Its different when its a regular release.
He paid for the right to get an item made specifically for his order. And they didn't deliver. And they don't really care.

Friend of mine just sent me his cancellation email. What a JOKE this is.
Have to believe the next made-to-order numbers will be lower after the difficulties experienced with Cody and Logan (cancelations, mustard Cody tights)

Very interesting. My Logan Paul figure has been in sitting in "label created" limbo since 8/1.
I got this repsonse last week when I inquired about it:
