Maybe they'll update Priest's tattoos, and actually bother to add some colour to them, this time. Also, why is a rookie like Roxanne Perez getting an elite before LA Knight and Waller? Gig/Jacyi haven't had an elite yet. Someone like Kay Lee Fire hasn't had even a basic, no figures for Carter and Catanzaro yet, no Tony D anywhere in sight, no Nathan Frazer, no Axiom, no new Tyler Bate... But this girl gets thrown straight into an elite lineup, for some reason. If she must have a figure this early, then it should be a basic and nothing more.

3 faces of Foley is strange, it's the wrong cactus outfit and Dude love looks as skinny as James Ellsworth. Is it just a general set and not specifically based on Rumble '98? I don't think it has anything to do with Royal Rumble 1998. I think it is just three versions of Mick Foley. The Cactus Jack figure is from WCW in 1992/1993, the Mankind figure is from his debut in 1996, and Dude Love is from 1997 (I think, could be 1998). |

Theyâre placeholder spots for whenever something big happens and they want to get a figure into production immediately without having to find a spot for it in one of the main lines. I guess nothing has happened this year worthy of them wanting to rush a figure out. |

Overall a nice showing but not without missteps. I think hart foundation for coliseum was a smart and inevitable move but after re releasing Bretâs UE, the target exclusive, the MNW, im gonna have a hard time spending $70 for a fourth bret and anvil. I wish the foley 3 pack were ultimate figures, and the notion of trying to track down 3 of the MNW UE mankindâs to convert it is not appealing enough to me lol. The Bray is cool but not fitting anywhere for me. The Yoko is awesome, hopefully opens the door for bigger UEs down the line, Iâd love to see Vader even tho Iâd have the same issues I have with Yoko, essentially theyâve released every plausible accessory already for that gimmick. The BAFs are baffling but congrats to whomever wanted Nicholas. It was bizarre, it was fun, I canât wait to recreate the Jakks buried alive multipack with the executioner and new Paul bearer

The benefit to me is I prefer ultimates. More articulation and more accessories. They cost more. More money to Mattel. So Iâm just here to help. I prefer Ultimates as well. Not to mention, the Hogan ultimate bodies are taller. Someone on here posted for me comparison pics of an elite 80s era Hulk back to back with an ultimate 13 Hulk. UE13 was taller, and looked much better when sized against figures of Macho Man and other wrestlers. And the FanTakeover is as tall as UE13. Taller, better torso, more head choices and just overall more impressive looking. I know not everyone is a fan of ultimates but theyâre obviously starting to really become a focal point. I want all my favorite looks as ultimates |

Hopefully by the end of the weekend. I doubt they will start promoting an open preorder on Mattel Creations while the Jurassic Park crowdfund is still going on. If they do fill those spots itâll probably be revealed at a later time. |

Why did they have to release Nicholas? To me it's desperation and to get a cheap laugh out of people at the panel.
It had a negative reaction as an angle at the time, it ruined that Wrestlemania for alot of people so why are they recreating it in toy form?

I'm guessing it's not detatchable either, so there should've been an alt head - unless he used to spend the whole match with that hanging out of his mouth. Why did they have to release Nicholas? To me it's desperation and to get a cheap laugh out of people at the panel. Wouldn't have been so bad if it had been a genuine pick from the crowd... but it turned out to be a referee's plant, kid. |
