If the unmasked Rey was the early backer the crowdfund would've funded Only problem is that by the time Rey unmasked, the Nitro stage had changed. Which makes John Nord from a Jan 1998 Monday Nitro a better choice. |

Do you think we see a mainstream Ali Elite or Ultimate? So far the other two celebs they've done (Zeus and Mr T) have ended up with mass retail releases. We saw an Ali retro, so this isn't a one-off deal. Definitely possible. They did include him in the retro set. But, what other look is there for him other than a suit? Did he do anything else in wrestling besides the boxing matches and WrestleMania 1? I remember him being apart of a big show in Mid-South in the 1980s, but would they do that? Would they do another boxing look from a different time in his career? He did wear different boxing trunks, but would WWE/Wrestling fans want that? Though, this would be a great set, nothing to do with wrestling, but still cool:  |

Kinda a disappointing SDCC overall. Biggest news is Savage is gone
Bret figs still spoiled by awful heads
Wayyy too Hogan heavy
3 Warriors upcoming are rereleases
Exclusive is kinda lame and evident by it not selling out quickly like previously
No Steiners
Highlights are SS91 Warrior, some decent MNW reveals and UE Yoko.

Iβm still hopeful we will see more. If not, this was a let down for me. SDCC is suppose to be the Super Bowl of Mattel WWE reveals. I feel like WM this year was way better based off what weβve seen so far.
