I don't think they'll ever please all of the people all of the time though, as we all want/collect different things: Elites, Ultimate Editions, Legends, Retros, Superstars, Flashback figures, WWF, WCW, ECW, Golden Era, New Gen era, Attitude era, Ruthless Aggression era, current era/roster, NXT... there's a lot to cover(!). |

This year's CC was great for Hogan fans. I don't feel sorry for the simps and trolls who didn't get the female figures they wanted to bathe with.

OH MY GOD THEY GAVE THE NEW ELITE GARGANO THE SAME BOOTS!  I don't understand why anyone would think they wouldn't... But the Amazon Takeover Johnny has the correct boots. They already fixed the issue. Why go back?! |

That looks like Fake Diesel! At least I hope so. If not, good lord. I’m glad I have the Ultimate Diesel because I’m gonna need a head swap. And that Rey has fabric overalls. Could it possibly be a 2-in-1 with a masked head and iconic tights underneath? It would certainly encourage people to buy 2. |

I feel like it was an underwhelming SDCC in comparison to previous years. However, not terrible!
Pros -
1. UE SummerSlam 91 Warrior looks superb. Great choice of parts, skin tone, deco. Exactly what a UE figure should be.
2. Coliseum Collection Hart Foundation look great, jam packed full of additional parts and accessories too.
3. Inclusion of some obscure talent such as Sultan, Gordy, Peter Maivia. We need more of this!
4. Unmasked Rey always felt like one of those on the “never gonna happen” list. Looks great, soft goods really make it pop.
5. Paul Bearer - new parts make this a home run.
Cons -
1. As I’ve mentioned previously, there are way too many rereleases and too much focus on getting old releases back out. In reality, do people really want another R-Truth and Shield Rollins? Or a Honky Tonk Man that rotted on shelves? Or USA Warrior that’s been released MULTIPLE times already? It’s lazy.
2. Head scans, part choices and attire inaccuracies - while there examples of positives (UE Warrior, Paul Bearer, for example) there are some decisions that are really troubling and down right criminal choices. That UE Angle torso and cloth singlet is horrible. It looks like a comedic Jakks-esque figure from 2001. Bret’s new UE headscans are atrocious and I’m convinced they’ll never get it right. It’s also missing the hearts on his leg (not sure how, this is a massive part of his gear design). MNW Piper’s kilt is wrong. Bischoff’s headscans - terrible, the likeness isn’t there either.
3. Becky Lynch looks great, but sticks out like a sore thumb in that boxset. It’s odd.
4. The new World Heavyweight Championship sculpt looks quite small.
5. Not one Macho Man reveal. I know this is probably out of their hands, but some transparency from Mattel would be nice.

Build A Figure referee via Fullyposable podcast  Ah! Finally! I may get 3 or 4 of this set just to have a bunch of refs. Honestly, I wish they would give us a basic. Referees are like the only wrestling figures you can army build with. |

They had it right back at WM.. Cloth singlets are an easy pass for me. But I might pick this Angle up if it falls below $20. I prefer the cloth singlet honestly just it's a little loose fitting should be more tight then it's perfect |

After watching the Pixel Dan video I have changed my opinions on the SDCC reveals and the panel reveals. They showed alot I think. Dont forget they had some new toys reveals in London a few weeks earlier, and they don't usually have any new toys to reveal in June. They also had new reveals on the Wednesday morning before preview night. That's why it made the panel reveal seem a bit lightweight because they had already given away alot more than usual.

They also had new reveals on the Wednesday morning before preview night. That's why it made the panel reveal seem a bit lightweight because they had already given away alot more than usual. There was a preview night last year too, but yes getting to see new things on display the night before the panel can make it feel different. If we all saw that stuff on Thursday before the panel it probably would’ve garnered a better reaction. Instead people ask if anything will be added or why wasn’t anything new put out. |
