This was the case when the hof sets came out. And they got cancelled. True, there's more collectors nowadays but it still remains to be seen. I'm not sure it's a good start, as it seems such a strange/random set... I don't think I've seen anyone say they actually want all the figures(?). Now if they did Elite 4-packs of various factions (NWO, DX, Hart Foundation, Evolution etc.), I'd be all over them like a rash... That's obvious. But Mattel also made "epic moments" and the only one that was epic was the Hardy's return. Everything else...was not epic...at all.

They should have at least put 4 Championship Title Belts in these 4 packs.

I’m having Vietnam like flashbacks from how truly putrid the alleged “epic moments” line was. An all time ball drop by Mattel. The people at Jakks had to be laughing their asses off. It was that bad. It made you wonder if these people actually watched wrestling.

You can get a modern day Stone Cold head from any of his recent basics (3:16 Day, Dallas 3:16, etc), they released him in jorts twice (HOF & EM), and that Austin 3:16 shirt is available on his UE and has been released other times as well. So you can easily customize a WM38 Austin.

Nice try tho

The thing that grinds my gears is build a figures where you have no interest in the regular figures but absolutely want the baf. Like virgil in the upcoming rumble set. I collect golden era to attitude era and have no need for any of the figures in the set but want virgil.
