Welp just got my 2 eddies and edge canceled lol.
Luckily I was able to procure these elsewhere. But wish didn't have to. I see all these Walmarts on facebook groups loaded with all RAs and my superstore got nothing but superstars figures.
I know other people were canceled already and some weren't, assumed me sneaking by had a chance. Ha assume. I mean we were told their were improvements right?
Let's all hope the Monday Night Wars is when things take a turn for the better.
Jesus H Christ trying to get a baf set as is would probably make man quit all together.
Why wasn't this set offered to Ringside damn it! š

I just got the message my Edge, Rey and Eddie, that were all preordered the days they went up, were cancelled too.
"Sorry, the items in your Walmart order are out of stock, so we had to cancel..."
Same old story. Its damn hard to get a figure from there. That makes me 15/32 preorders this year cancelled via walmart.

Same, they just cannot handle exclusives. RVD, Eddie, Shelton and other past exclusives, all canceled

How does Walmart cancel pre-orders, when it allows them to know how much to allocate from inventory. Is their allocation system still using Windows 3.11 ?
How can they allow 3rd party sellers to sell the items at jacked up prices. Walmart should honor the pre-orders by shipping the inventory from all these 3rd party sellers and pay the 3rd party sellers the markup.

Yup....Rey, and Edge join RA Nash from a few months ago getting cancelled.
I know it's first world problems, I know Mattel doesn't actually care, I know they are just toys...
But man, how can Steve and the guys at Mattel expect us to believe we're ever going to see the Monday Night Wars Line?

Once I get 3/4 of the MNW ultimates and the elite Taker Iām done with Walmart exclusives. Not even worth it anymore
Shame on all involved that this CONTINUES to happen. I donāt care how anyone else feels or thinks about this but itās BS and Mattel and Walmart are to blame.

But I believe steve said there's no endgame set for this series, so unless it stops at Walmart at series 2, there will probably be more. |

I think they blame it on Mattel I'm sure they do...and I'm sure there ARE instances at times where it is a Mattel problem. Wave 1 of the Ultimate "Greatest Hits" went Ringside exclusive on the low...Entertainment Earth told me that Mattel told them they would only be sending them to one retailer. I believe them in that case... But this happens too often with Walmart for it to simply be Mattel's fault... Target takes FOREVER to ship pre-order Legends, they are always in store first and I usually have to price match a few clearance sales before I get them, but they ALWAYS deliver |

Same for me.
Iām over the RA line lol. Just failed pre-order after failed pre-order. Checking stores near me only to come away with nothing.
Really, itās on me if I continue to get my hopes up.

I advise to write or chat with customer support. Explain to them about the multiple cancellations as well as mention how smoothe Targets collectors events are. Also mention if you have a store near you about how bare the shelfs are.
From what the rep claimed, my order went to a store and the store cancelled it as it was not in stock in whatever store that picked up the order. So it looks to be a Walmart issue and not a Mattel issue.
The rep is also passing the complaint I made over the to corporate as well as the store manager.
The question of the day is why is pre-ordered merchandise orders being sent over to stores to fulfill the orders ? There should be a central warehouse or distribution center where they can get the items from ? Amazon and Target have this system. It makes no sense.

Got mine cancelled too. Sure, I blame Walmart because they are the ones not delivering. But this has been an issue for far too long. According to the answers weāve been given, those higher up have had the issue passed along to them too and look - not a thing has changed.
