Sooo.... I just watched the episode of Reo Rogers doing commentary for WWF Superstars.... thank God it was just for one week he did that.
So when I was a kid watching that episode, I would have been 13 yrs old then, I had no clue that it was Brother Love/Bruce Prichard playing the part. Secondly, I didn't even clue in that he was mocking Dusty Rhodes the entire time.
It is so bad. Just.... just so, so, so bad.
The Brain what did you think of Reo Rogers?? I am sure you must remember this character.

Unfortunately. Added nothing to the show thats for sure. Awful Dont forget he was also ''The Wizard'' doing commentary with Gorilla on All American.He was never shown on camera though. |

I didn't ever watch one single episode of All American because of living in Canada and not getting the USA Network. Only WWF I saw was Superstars and Challenge. So I am not familiar with "The Wizard" on there.
I was happy to see that Reo Rogers lasted one week on Superstars and the following week Stan Lane came on board to join Vince as commentator. Though, I feel the best era of 1993 for Superstars commentary is from January - September when it was Vince, King and Savage together.

Oh my God.... what was Vince thinking putting Bruce being a mic for commentary with these gimmicks??
And as for Stan Lane, I thought he was okay on WWF Coliseum videos with Ted DiBiase or Gino Monsoon.
My favourite combo is Monsoon and Johnny Polo, especially when Joey is referee because Polo will make remarks about Joey and how his father should have taught him better and such ha ha ha so good.
