Two of the biggest & best ever...who you picking?
It's another sticky one but I'm picking Rocky, I love both guys but Rock really is the man tbh. I also was always a huge Foley fan wherever he went, WWE,ECW,WCW,TNA etc. I also loved every face of Foley.
Both guys had many great moments in their careers and they put over many guys, they had classics, they were epic on the mic, epic rivals,epic partners and they had some all time classics with many different talent.
A big shout out to two of my all time favs.

Probably be in the minority but Cactus Jack ECW and early days Mankind character gives Foley the edge for me.

I like Mick Foley, but The Rock takes this hands down for me. I would say that he is the greatest showman in wrestling history, his ability to hold a crowd in the palm of his hand no matter if he was a face or a heel is second to none. Plus, I never feel like The Rock gets the credit he deserves for his in ring skills. He was an exciting in ring performer and he was always willing to do what was right for the storyline. You never heard about him pitching a fit about losing or refusing to put people over.

I’d rather listen to Foley’s promos and watch his character work than do the same for The Rock. Foley’s best matches and programs would easily cover more ground than Rock’s. And on the plus side, by choosing Foley, I also get to enjoy his feud/partnership with The Rock and all that entails.

Rock was/is leagues above Foley. Foleys only gotten lower on my list as the years go by while his rants get more sad. Foley is better at falling down and getting his arse stomped out, I'll give him that.

It’s close in their main careers, but Foley had too many weak comebacks in ring and character work.
