Per Ringsides Instagram page. http://instagram.com/p/CxWv3KuOY4t I understand giving the family space, but man I was hopeful that items would come out and proceeds would go to the family.

Man, this sucks but is absolutely understandable. Appreciate the transparency on their part

Very unfortunate, but I am glad they let us know instead of having any sort of question hanging over everything. It also implies that down the line these could come out. We will see about that, but I hope they do, for those that want them.

This sucks for anybody who wants them, but completely understandable. Unfortunately, this is going to get people to be selling everything Bray Wyatt on ebay in the meantime.

So youโre going to push them back like 6-8 months and make sure the royalty check for his kids is potentially smaller?

its the right call. If it was either WWE, WIndham family, or both parities agreeing it's understandable.
I'm sure we'll get them in a special edition form, I really was looking forward to the UE but definitely will wait until the time is right.

The wording of the message seems to indicate that these figures will come out eventually. I get that people wanted them sooner, but if this is what the family wants, it's what should be done. Period.

Theyโre just pushing the figures back, theyโre not fully cancelled. Theyโll probably come out this time next year or early in the year after that

Completely understandable. Anyone actually angry about this really need to reassess their priorities.

Good thing the family didn't find out about people marking up retail prices on his figures...

It's probably for the best. But the people that are crying about it here and on reddit because they can't get their toy are quite pathetic and they should be ashamed.

So youโre going to push them back like 6-8 months and make sure the royalty check for his kids is potentially smaller? I'm not a lawyer, but from what I've read, an employment contract typically expires when somebody passes away. Might explain why people on Legends deal don't seem to be impacted (since it isn't an employment contract). If that is true, the last thing that Mattel/WWE is going to do is a push a Legends contract telling them to strike while the iron is hot. There also might be legal proceedings and/or time needed to get his estate in order. Since he is divorced and if he didn't have a will, then id imagine his rights would go to his kids (again not a lawyer). I believe his ex wife and current fiance both have kids. Even if there was a will, that doesn't stop people from suing so things could get messy (as they sometimes do over money when people pass).

I was thinking of it more along the lines of a Brodie Lee in AEW deal where they paid his family the remainder of his contract like he was still an active roster member. WWEโs deals may end immediately in those situations.

Did I miss UE 20? What UE Bray were we expecting? The Mt Dew match Bray is the one thatโs being put on hiatus along with the Ultimate Deletion match GH.
