Ah, it’s great the stupid retailer can’t stock the product they have no competition for anywhere in the northeast, but now I have to compete with these absolute freaks who are in a rush to get murdered by eBay seller fees.
I understand nobody in the C-Suite thinks this is stupid but surely someone further down the chain does? Steve putting in all that work to finally get us more AE figures and they get intercepted by Discord dorks. What a hobby.

This is the exact reason why ringside Amazon or mattel creations need to have these readily available instead and just give Walmart something nobody cares about as a exclusive they can make it a ppv theme wave with current talent as a Walmart exclusive
Cause us flashback collectors that's been collecting since the early 90's don't have the time or patience anymore to constantly go to every Walmart in multiple towns/states just to only find one figure from a set and waste more money on gas then it costs just for the one figure that we find if we even find anything at all let alone deal with the stupidity of Walmart and scalpers

If yall haven’t figured it out by now, Mattel seems not to care if you can find a figure or not. If anybody who works with Mattel and collects wwe figures, they get theirs months in advance. So they don’t have to look for anything so why would they care if you can’t find it? As long as the product is selling, they don’t care who buys it or can find it. The only way anything could get done about it, is if the folks that work at Mattel that collects wwe figures have to get out and drive around for hours looking for them.
Im caught up with the MNW series, but I couldn’t tell you the time money and gas I put in looking for them, found them all except for chase Stevie Ray. For now on, I’ll just pay the extra $20 per figure and get them on the 3bay.

It’s obvious that Mattel doesn’t care at the end customer. This should have been fixed by now. How many times has this board shared feedback with Steve about distribution. Just to be clear, I’m not blaming Steve. He seems like a great dude and I’m sure he’s shared the feedback. However ,I’m sick of hearing excuses and promises. It’s not fun anymore.

It should be illegal for stores to have their own exclusives sold on their website by 3rd parties at a mark up. Tired of searching and that comes up always everytime.

It's certainly a terrible business practice; Why on earth would I go to Walmart's website - looking for a Walmart-exclusive product - and expect to buy it from some small third-party company for double-or-triple the price? I honestly can't believe Walmart doesn't police their own website better, and if they can't - they should just stick to their own products & not use 3rd party sellers. No one is going to use Walmart instead of Amazon. |
