Good overall likeness. I’m not in love with the hair color and hope that he will listen to the fans and make it a few shades less yellow and more like Nailz and less like Sid. It doesn’t need to go full-on Flair but there has to be a sweeter spot. http://instagram.com/p/C8BmgGtg8h_ Also even though the face looks like Lord Alfred to me, I also see more resemblance to Earl Hebner in this figure than I do in the ZST figure.

I remember Lord Alfred being a little more round and not as tapered at the sides. Not the best of sculpts in my opinion.

3D printing figures just got a whole lot easier for someone

I’ve seen the Hayes compared to both Hasbullah and Johnny Ace

This one is a miss. Overall some of his later/upcoming stuff looks to have improved and although I said I wouldn’t consider buying any of his stuff apart from Mable, there are one or two that I think I’ll get…but no chance I’m buying that Lord Alfred, looks like one of his early attempts…and putting his G logo on the pocket 😫😂

I have zero issues with that Lord Alfred, it’s very much what a Hasbro release would have been like. I feel like a lot of people are overly critical of these, which is fine it’s the internet, but they are a style from 30 years ago….i dunno maybe it’s just me…

I feel like a lot of people are overly critical of these, which is fine it’s the internet, but they are a style from 30 years ago….i dunno maybe it’s just me… Hasbro would have released a much better looking figure all round - their likenesses were not "dead on" with every figure, but they didn't look like "random guy off the street" either
the style is irrelevant here, the problem is this is Mitch's M.O. - release an underwhelming and clearly not final image, then a few days later follow up with "What's up Wolfpack, you spoke, I listened, here's a better version" type post with a much more improved figure
why not just show the better figure from the start??? why post shit, get tons of negative feedback, then try to pivot with "Hey, I've fixed it for ya!" as the outcome? why not just act like a professional, accept the first/second/third iterations aren't good enough for your customers, and only reveal once it's ready to be seen?
Zombie's learned this. Epic are doing this. FC are doing this.
yet G+G is still acting like the excited child, when it's become a pattern - and it's not one that instills confidence from buyers if the company are happy to publicise crap quality as part of their marketing plan

I like that he’s excited by them. Have you gotten any of the recent figures from him? I think they have been very good and I’m very happy with them. (Not direct at your personally) Maybe I’m just tired of always seeing negative negative negative

Some people see it as legitimate, others see it as deceptive marketing. Mitch is not completely oblivious to things and I think can pretend to be naive at times. Whatever his true intentions, it is working. He is getting feedback from people and improvements from the original concepts have been made. I can’t prove if that is genuine or not but I believe there is more to lose if you were to be proven a liar which makes me give him the benefit of the doubt. I think my preference would be for him to continue showing these and straight up asking his customers “what improvements would you like to see?”

Mitch has access to some great characters in the figure world who seem to be rooting for him but doesn’t choose to either use them or listen to them until it’s too late. Man needs a team (or an actual Wolfpack) of people he can trust to give him honest feedback before posting a new signing a week

I agree with you. One person alone is not going to catch every detail. It’s also important that people tell you the truth instead of having a bunch of yes men. It doesn’t mean you have to agree/act upon the suggestions but it’s absolutely beneficial to the creative process and final product.
Well Mitch, if you’re reading this, I’m available. Just because I work cheap doesn’t mean that I don’t work hard. (Tspam)

Please correct me if I’m wrong, but I don’t think Mero had a horseshoe mustache when he was IC champ… I believe that is the era and attire he’s going for and I am pretty sure it’s inaccurate.

I’ll have you know that Mitch has quite the fortune tucked away after using his MOM Gold savings to invest in GameStop stock! Also, the part that got censored was an abbreviation for “That’s What She Said” but you can’t have three of those letters together.
