The Patriot Buff Bagwell Shane Douglas Sam Houston Ron Garvin The Patriot BCA is to this day one of my favorite figures of all time. He would look great as an Elite.

Within Reason (and very much negotiating the term "Legends")
1. Mideon 2. Test 3. The Islanders (Tag Team) 4. Jacqueline 5. Rosey (Both in superhero and 3-Minute Warning attires)
Pipe Dreams
1. Linda McMahon 2. Daffney (To be honest, if they were to somehow make David Flair and Crowbar, I'd buy them too.) 3. Gangrel 4. [Insert every single diva from the Golden, Attitude, and RA eras that never got a Mattel figure. Every one. WCW and ECW as well.] 5. .... that one LiveWire host who I'm not going to name but you can probably guess why I want a figure of her.
That's my list. It's... not really that short.

Aside from the obvious names like Benoit and Owen:
Pedro Morales Psicosis (ECW/WCW masked version) The Grand Wizard Grandmaster Sexay Savio Vega (Namely in a Nation of Domination attire)
Would also love to see a Taz, Dynamite Kid, Haku, Ernie Ladd, Ivan Koloff, Buddy Rogers, Val Venis, Steve Blackman, Test, Al Snow, Jim Cornette, Midnight Express, Rock and Roll Express, and so many more really

Dynamite Kid and Haku would also do relatively well as Golden Era legends usually do, plus Kid would be sought after by a lot of collectors who want him just to have alongside their Davey Boy Smith so they can complete the British Bulldogs. I'd imagine Psicosis would sell fairly well too as figures of masked wrestlers tend to be easier to market even to casual fans simply because they pop out on shelves more and kids love them even if they have no idea who they actually are. Sexay would probably do alright too in the Legends line because older fans (of whom the line is primarily targeted and meant for) would want him just to complete Too Cool. Releasing it around the same time as another Scotty 2 Hotty elite and/or Rikishi would make it easier to move as well. Same goes for Savio Vega, especially with the recent release of NOD Kama. A lot of the figures on my want list are admittedly not for the mainstream, casual audience and likely why Mattel hasn't gotten around to making them yet. But if we can get figures of obscure and not so popular gimmicks like Fighting Machine Kama, The Zodiac, and The Shark among others then it's not entirely impossible for us to end up getting a Jim Cornette, Test or Al Snow if they got the license to make them.

They literally made figures of Zodiac, Farooq Asad, and The Goon. Especially The Goon. The reasons they haven't made a Val Venis, Jim Cornette, Grandmaster Sexay, and Test has nothing to do with how few figures they would sell. And names like Haku and Dynamite Kid would sell VERY well, especially compared to other figures made.
