I only collect legends so there are so many FTITL legends I would love to get from WWE/Mattel but I know a lot of my wants are pipe dreams on a good day. So, if i had to start narrowing it down to ones that don't seem like they would to far beyond the realm of possibility or probability at this point with WWE and the legends that they would be probably be willing to work with or vice versa.
1. Tony Atlas, I can think of several options for Atlas figures. Like an early 1980s Tony Atlas could be one of his attires from his rivalry with Hulk Hogan like his yellow trunks attire (3-16-1981), black trunks attire (4-18-1981)/ Then Soul Patrol era Tony Atlas has the options of plain red trunks, plain blue trunks, or the red white & blue trunks with stars/ His "Black Superman" attire would look cool and is very toyetic but I doubt DC would allow it even though the S chest logo is completely modified from the Superman logo/ WCW Tony Atlas in red tights as seen in the Dec 92 WCW Magazine Collector Series Special #3, or that unique attire he wore on WCW Main Event 1/17/93 against Ron Simmons/ 2009 suit (Mark Henry's manager)/ 2009 in ring attire USA themed singlet/ The only other version of Tony i can think of is the only version wouldn't buy but I would understand completely if it were made instead of all of the other ones I listed because it a very toyetic look and that's obviously Saba Simba which as a longtime Tony Atlas fan Saba Simba is something I wish I could erase from my mind.
2. Andy Kaufman, i'm massive Jerry Lawler fan, and comedy fan so Kaufman is a huge want for me. I hope with his recent HOF induction that we'll get at least one Kaufman figure soon. I think they could do a chase figure of Andy with in his in-ring attire the long sleeve white shirt, white pants, with the chase being the shorts he wore over the pants which at times were black and other time blue. That would a low deco figure I would think, so they could probably include the neck brace, blue robe, and an alternate head with a mustache/ They do one of Andy in the the long sleeve white shirt with his iconic yellow "Women's Wrestling Champion of the World" t-shirt over it, and with teal blue shorts over his white pants, and if they could secure the rights his World Intergender Championship belt could be an accessory/ I would also love to get figures of Andy and Jerry Lawler based off their appearance on Letterman that would be a cool Comic Con exclusive I think/ Another WWE Mattel Andy Kaufman comic con exclusive that will probably never happen in a million years but i mark over would be "I'm From Hollywood" themed packaging, multiple heads with different expressions. In his normal street clothes from that era with the accessories being a bar of soap, toilet paper, a razor, and a bottle of mouth wash.
3. I'd love to complete the Von Erich family. Fritz, David, Mike, and Chris to go with Kerry and Kevin. Older suited Fritz in the main Legends line with young Fritz in his wrestling attire as a collectors edition in the main line/ With David I think he's in the same boat as Kevin and Kerry because there a lot of deferent attires/ Mike I'd probably want his whites trunks with the red stripe on both sides, red knee pads, and white boots, with his white entrance jacket/ Chris i'd get the red trunk or the blues trunks because aside from the color of his trunks, his attire was basically the same.
4. Jack Brisco, at this point I don't which attire they make, i just want a Jack Brisco figure.
5. Buddy Jack Roberts, They've made Michael Hayes, and Terry Gordy, so i certainly hope that Buddy isn't to far odd to complete the original Fabulous Freebirds, but I would also gladly welcome a Jimmy Garvin also.
Some other FTITL legends i could see getting released in the WWE Legends line is "Bullet" Bob Armstrong (He's in the HOF and Road Dogg is his son), With Carlito's return I could see them making Carlos Colon (WWE HoF inductee) who is someone I would personally NEVER purchase a figure of, with the new LWO taking It wouldn't shock me if WWE signs Mil Máscaras (WWE HoF) to a legends deal for figures, Dory Funk another Hall of Famer who has a good relationship with WWE It kind of shocks me they didn't put him in the same series as Terry was when they did the original legends line, kind of like when they put Kevin and Kerry in the same series. WWE Hall of Famer The Great Muta recently made another appearance on WWE television Muta in the line would be a great surprise.
