Bray Wyatt or Wyatt Family? I am not aware if a certain number of years have to pass after a wrestler retires or passes away or if there is a certain period of time in a wrestlers career if still active. It would seem wyatt is too soon no? There are so many big names from previous eras. Not sayi g he doesnt deserve it. Im sure he will be a lock at any point. Just think there are still a slew of old school guys that should get priority so they can get recognition from their remaining peers.

Eddy Guerrero died November 2005 and was inducted at Wrestlemania 22 the next year.

I can see Bray going in, but don't see him headlining only because I imagine WWE wouldn't want the show to conclude on such a somber note. Not to sound cold either, don't think the entire Wyatt Family as a group really needs to go in. Harper and Rowan were solid as a team and of course his passing was very sad, but they were the side players in that stable and primarily mid-carders for its duration.

With the addition of Windham/Rotunda, hoping Lex gets announced next! 🤞

Awesome Windham and Rotundo shirt on the WWE shop right now. Retro style like the one they had in the WWF magazine catalog in 1985.

Inducting his dad is a far more better move than inducting Bray.
“Hot take”, but Bray’s career isn’t Hall of Fame worthy… and if he does go in, this year isn’t the year.

You can debate whether he put up the hard numbers but I do feel Bray has earned it from the impact he had during his career. More than a number of HOF members.
At the end of the day, the ceremony is just another gimmick show to sell tickets.

I mean, multiple time world champion, one of the biggest merch sellers multiple times throughout his career, and feuds with many major names. I don’t know what would constitute as “worthy” but the guy had a bigger career than a large chunk of people already in.

All transitional reigns. • Beat Cena at Elimination Chamber, to drop it to Orton at WrestleMania. • Beat Rollins at Hell in a Cell to drop it to Goldberg at Crown Jewel… which I’m sure was just to get Goldberg/Roman at WrestleMania. • Beat Braun at SummerSlam, to drop it to Reigns a week later… when Roman was able to come back. Which was the plan all along. And I’m a Bray Wyatt/Wyatt Family fan. His career was just always stop/go ever since his feud with John Cena. It never healed from that point. Bray Wyatt is like a cult classic movie… never did much, but we still love it.

I’d rather watch my pubes grow than watch Mike Rotunda wrestle but good for him and Windham

There’s an Official Hall of Fame Thread. Should probably merge this one/lock it.
