Just watched Survivor Series 1990 on Peacock!
What in the world was Vince thinking with the way he introduced the teams?!
Basically announced the teams as a snake draft instead of each team at a time. Did this confuse people 33 years ago bc it confused me today even knowing the teams.

I still get a laugh at the SSeries 89 intro with the dubbed in ''And the Earthquake!!'' since he replaced Windham in the match they probably had to scramble to get that in there
But the Vince intros during this era were classic. Especially the Rumbles

Especially the RumblesThat alone justifies the cost of the WWE Network for me. I love his announcement of Koko B. Ware in the 1990 rumble. It sounds like he was just going to say "Koko", but realised at the last second how stupid that would sound. |
