I don’t know if I’m late to the party, but I saw the RA Ultimate RVD and Brock in Walmart today. I saw the RA Elite MVP, Miz, and Rock over the weekend, too.

I wish any Walmarts near me had them. My preorder for RVD hit “delayed”, and an hour ago I got an email saying the new release date is 2/15/23. Yep, 2/15/23. 9 months ago. Walmart truly is in a league of their own.

Seems like they’ve been hitting in mass over the last month. People have been finding them since late August though.

My Walmart looked to be restocking this week. Saw about 6 Brocks, no RVD. Only other Ultimates they had were a few Randy Ortons and tons of re-release Ultimate Warrior.

I found a lone Brock about a month ago. It was the only UE figure that this particular Walmart has ever had.

one of my stores ordered more RA 6 as well
still have yet to see GH 2 at either

I'm pretty sure my Walmart has stocked them 3 times now. I was there yesterday and there were at least 3 of each and a single Orton.

These have barely been stocked in my area and the Brock I had preordered from Walmart just got pushed to February lol

I hope I'm not opening a huge can of worms here.....
My brother's job involves picking up donations from area merchants & delivering them to a local Christian Ministry - they offer assistance to the less fortunate;
Walmart is one of those merchants, and they regularly donate overstock to the mission. Recently, he picked up a pallet of toys, including..... get ready for it.....
Ultimate Brock Lesnar & Ultimate Rob Van Dam figures..... yep, Walmart donated them to the poor instead of selling them.
While it warms my heart that some poverty-stricken children will be getting top notch WWE action figures for the Holidays, I have to wonder why Walmart is donating stuff but not filling people's pre-orders for that same stuff.....

My guess, is that the Walmarts are understaffed..... product/pallets keep coming in, and piling up..... with not enough staff to put all of it on shelves..... in order to clear space, get caught up - they donate a few pallets here and there and I'm quite sure it counts as a tax-write-off, so Walmart basically gets their money back (through the tax write-off) and frees up the space - for more product to come in. Yeah I'm not exactly outraged that they're donating product, but it's yet more evidence that Walmart has a very broken system when it comes to the whole toy/collectible pre-order process. Because I know a lot of people are looking for these toys and aren't finding them. |

I found the 1st batch of Rey and Eddie that hit my Walmart earlier this year, but RVD and Lesnar have yet to appear. I ended up finding Lesnar a city over when I was hunting one day, but I'm still waiting on RVD
