I do think a few lower-to-mid card names would go a LONG way in fleshing out any Mattel WCW display.

Mattel doesn't have access to alot of WCW's main eventers, mid carders, cruiserweights and tag teams. The MNW line was always going to be a bunch of repaints thrown into new fancy packaging. They have a lot of former WCW Nitro talent that we presume to be under contract. Hogan, Hall, Nash, Syxx, Bischoff, DiBiase, Hennig, Rude, Ray Traylor, Luger, Eddie, Rey, DDP, Stevie Ray, Booker, Steiners, Bret, Anvil, Bulldog, Dusty, Funk, Sid, Piper, Bam Bam, Heenan, Jimmy Hart, Warrior, Keibler, Torrie, Ms Madness, Liz, and probably more. That’s at least 16 series worth of talent without repeats if they choose. The problem is all those names have been released in the past and aren't new names. I would like a WCW Scott Steiner though.

I am disappointed that they decided to do this when the two biggest names for WCW (Sting and Flair) are off limits to Mattel. So now I am just hoping I can find the Piper, Hitman, Hall & Hogan at Walmart and be done with the line. Everyone will be hoping they can find any of these figures. I mean, it is Walmart.

I really hope we get another shot at salmon Bret. This time they could use the proper shade of pink. It was my most requested WCW Bret attire besides black singlet Bret.

Yes the lack of anyone new in the line has become as stale as 3-week old bread -- and it's a bullshite Wal-Mart line so no, not excited too much.

I really hope we get another shot at salmon Bret. This time they could use the proper shade of pink. It was my most requested WCW Bret attire besides black singlet Bret. That’s a good idea. I always wanted that actual attire, and when we got it, that salmon color ruined it. How did that even happen? Hopefully they can update their spreadsheet for that one. The face actually has likeness, but WCW Bret Hart was never smiling. Especially that night at Starcade 1999.

The new UE Piper has the wrong shade of blue for his attire. I would of been satisfied with the pink used on the DM Bret tbh. With the straight faced scan that Mattel has on the last elite and a new rereleased pink WCW attire, there’s money to be made. Hell, I’d even say it could be a UE. It could come with two or three headscans, jacket, hockey jersey and a resized US belt. I just want that pink WCW Bret to have some justice.

probably never see it since the first 2 sets are filled with those people are tired of leading them to sit on shelves and stores cancel orders on the sets people actually want due to lack of sales All six Ruthless Aggression waves and all of the Superstars Waves so far have made it to Walmart, eventually. Not around here...

Until we get someone at Mattel who actually cares about WCW, then yes. I mean, they tried to sell us an entire entrance stage. Unfortunately...we, as a community told them we didn't want it.

The poor execution from Mattel is why the Crowdfund failed.

the origins of the nWo is kinda meh to me if I'm 100% honest. Ill get them but Ill be using them to create better versions etc.
I think WCW Piper & DDP in jeans would have been better served as an elite in this line too. Harlem Heat in black is a real win for me though....thats how I always picture them. Probabaly because of the TB figures
