Anyone else seriously disappointed in the WCW selection of Monday Night Wars sets, Booker T and DDP are probably the 2 most well known WCW guys outside of NWO yet they decided to not include them and we definitely could use more Booker T's, same could be said for The Steiners who are constantly asked for but Mattel chooses to drop the ball on past tag teams as also seen by The Dudleys and Road Warriors and act all shocked when the rights go away with how little they put out

We still need the Steiner Bros.
Aside from them, my early 90s WCW collection is looking pretty decent: Sting, Flair, Arn, Ron Simmons, Sid Vicious in red singlet, Vader, Road Warriors. And adding some late 90s guys like Hall & Nash, Hollywood Hogan, crow Sting, and Goldberg gives me a pretty awesome WCW.

For me itās the lack of attires I want and also how Iāll pretty much have to figure out the situation. There arenāt any Walmarts around me. So, Iām stuck with hoping that that Walmart actually delivers this time around online. Iād prefer singles ā98 black flame Booker over Harlem Heat, Kevin Nash in his Souled Out ā96 attire, Hall in his black and red HALL trunks, black boots. The list goes on. Theyāre personal wants, but Iām hoping we get the attires weāve all been asking for. For the most part the consensus here is that most people want a UE jeans DDP, why the hell are we talking about an elite jeans DDP? Give us what we want.

As well as other online distributors. $22 dollar elite online for $29.99 with free shipping is a good deal if you can catch them when they stock them. Certainly easier than driving all over to find them.

Until we get someone at Mattel who actually cares about WCW, then yes.

Not really. A lot of people have been requesting the debut Scott Hall attire. While I believe that both Booker T and DDP will make it in this line, them choosing first appearance of Hall in WCW and Hollywood Hogan as the first two choices is better than either DDP or Booker T. Also, them going with debut Nash for series 2 is a good choice, three looks from bigger stars we've never gotten. If this line goes on for a while, I think we'll get both DDP and Booker T as elites and Ultimate Edition figures eventually.

My prediction is that the MNW line will feature guys who played into the main storylines on both shows. It will heavily focus on 1997-1998, when there was an actual, competitive war between the two companies. Think about the kind of stuff they focused on for the various Monday Night War DVDs and documentaries.
That said, I think long hair DDP will be a shoe-in. They already wanted to include him in that Nitro stage, I wouldn't be surprised to see that look reworked into an Elite for this line.

Steve has said the plan is for this to be an ongoing line the same as Legends so thereās gonna be plenty of opportunities for everyone you desire.

Mattel doesn't have access to alot of WCW's main eventers, mid carders, cruiserweights and tag teams. The MNW line was always going to be a bunch of repaints thrown into new fancy packaging.
