Gonna go with Chico. He always said he wanted to be the one to turn heel during the SF split. Have em be more vicious with Bobby being his mouthpiece
Imagine a Heenan Family with Rude,Perfect and Chico...

Even though Chico would be interesting, I'll go with Warrior. Warrior already had kind of a heel demeanor, especially around WM6. A lot of his promos felt heelish... Imagine Heenan coming to the ring during the Hogan/Warrior WM6 bout. Everyone is wondering what's going to happen, why is he there. Heenan sits and watches for a while, then eventually helps Warrior dethrone Hogan as champion. Heenan finally does it, he gets his WWF Champion. Heenan decided to align himself with Warrior because he had to be the one to end Hulk-a-Mania, and he believed that Warrior could be the one after beating two of his guys, Andre and Rude. After that, you have Heenan as Warrior's mouthpiece. Heenan can cut the promos with Warrior pacing around him and the interviewer, then after Heenan cuts the promo, Warrior screams something. Keep his part short and sweet. The turn would be something in the same vein as when Vince and Austin joined forces at WM17. Warrior can hold the belt for a year, then drop it back to Hogan at WM7. After that, he can turn babyface again. Either by saying that Heenan led him astray and turning on him, or have Heenan turn on Warrior after the loss (similar to how Sherri turned on Savage at WM7).
The other time they could have done it would have been after WM7. Have Warrior hold the belt until WM7 and have the Hogan/Warrior rematch. Hogan wins this time, and in his anger of losing, he turns on Hogan. It could be revealed that Heenan was in Warrior's ear around the time, and he was responsible for the Turn.

Warrior sounds like such an interesting idea! You can also have a storyline where Warrior starts to realize that Bobby is manipulating him and have him turn face again.

For some reason I just cannot see a heel turn for Santana being successful. Ever. |
