So many wrestlers wrestled for so many years they went through different era's during their career so I'm curious on what era you think of for certain wrestlers, Figured it'd be a fun topic
1st off is The British Bulldog Davy Boy Smith

I usually think of him in his 1990 return era with the braids etc when he was HUGE

Mid 90s for me. I felt that's when he was most pushed and always in main event and the tag team with Owen was great

Mid 90s was very underrated tbh, I always enjoyed Bulldog then.

Attitude Era was weird for him... seeing Bulldog in 99 & 2000 in WWF was just wrong

Tough pick, I am torn between his 1991 to 1992 run and his heel new generation era run, I missed the British Bulldogs so the early 90s was my first exposure to him and he was a firm favorite of mine right from the start.
However, I actually think I have to give this one to the mid 90s. I loved Camp Cornette and his matches during this time were usually great, Bret, Owen, Diesel, Shawn and more all had great matches with Davey Boy during this time.

Early 90s singles run, followed by British Bulldogs.

Really enjoying this so far. Surprised the 92 singles run is winning! Really thought Mid 90's run would win

Definitely the 1994 - 1997 run for the WWF.
He accomplished the most during that time frame.
Shots at the WWF Title on multiple PPVs, being the first European Champion, and being a Tag Team Champion with Owen.

Wasn't he meant to return before his passing? I actually think it would have been cool seeing him in 02/03 or even 04/05/06/07/08.
The Ruthless Aggression era would have suited him way more than the Attitude Era. RIP Bulldog.

His early 90s singles run (you can include his WCW stint in there) with the long braids. He was a powerhouse. My least favorite part of his career was the Attitude Era when he was wrestling in jeans and getting dropped in dog$#!+. I would never buy a figure of him in that attire.

Early 90’s singles run for me. Started watching in 92 so think that’s why it sticks with me. He was part of some of my favourite matches/events of the time. Loved the six man at SSlam 91, the Survivor Series team at 91 (loaded with some of the greats at the time on both teams) and I still get a buzz with him coming out to kick of RR92.
The Battle at the Royal Albert Hall was a fun event too.
