I'll go with Savage, because the rest is just theman and his usual. Legends have not been removed from the main line, it sounds like there will be a different balance going forward. The Steiners Steve explained quite clearly and it appears the announcement will be coming. As far as Flair, nothing has been said either way.

OP, who has a clear agenda/schtick that everything should be centered around legends, wrings his hands at the thought of not getting names that have already been represented in the line (Road Warriors, Sting, Flair, Savage) and spreads confusion over the status of others like Warrior and the Steiners.

Here's a hint, guy: the Hogan 3 pack and the Warrior 91 both have release dates available easily if you look at Target's website.

There can always be more looks released. Ultimately, it's up to those talents/estates to resign with Mattel. Even so, that doesn't mean there's going to be a Sting or Flair in every other wave, just like there's not going to be a Hogan every quarter. The talents mentioned have a lot of good representation in the Elite line, and saying that is not downplaying those guys. The reality is, it's unlikely that every combination of attire is going to be made of any talent.

Hearing that the MNW line is a Walmart exclusive. This basically confirms that not a single Walmart in Canada will get these figures which pisses me off so much.

Legends 1 Road Warriors covers a large chunk of their career in the 80s.
Elite Series 30 LOD covers from 1990 to the mid 90s.
We're only really missing 1997 Return, and LOD 2000 and all their main points are covered.

Sting has Bash 90, and Starrcade 1997 which are two of his most famous moments. There's also a really well done Sting in Elite 62, Bash at the Beach 1996, and RSC Wolfpac Sting.

Could we nitpick and say there needs to be more? Yes. Are they represented in the Elite line across different looks and eras? Yes.

At this point you're just speculating. Of course any top tier talent getting an Ultimate is a big deal. However, the facts are, that currently, those guys are signed elsewhere, so we have to enjoy the ones we have to this point.
