I've had a few where the arms popped out when you rotated the arm. Nothing really problematic though

They’re manufactured incorrectly. If your BAF arm is not locking into place, it’s because either the peg or the shoulder socket is the wrong piece. I had a Paul Ellering with the wrong peg and a Dok Hendrix with the wrong shoulder socket. I never had this problem with the Toys R Us BAFs and I had every single one of those. I see so many complaints about these BAFs’ arms not clicking into place since 2020.
If you look closely, the pegs on the arms and the shoulder sockets in the torso will say either L or R for left or right. My Dok Hendrix’s shoulders both say R. WTF is that?! Just make both arm mechanisms symmetrical!
