Attitude Era Mick Foley, but I only liked him when he was Cactus Jack in WCW 1991-1994. You forgot his TNA run which was horrible and ruined his legacy.

If we are just talking the Cactus Jack character, I went with his WCW run from 1991 - 1994.
I enjoyed it more than his WWE run actually.

I went with 1996-2000, though 1991-1994 WCW wasn't too far behind. I think his best run was definitely in the WWF in the late 90s. He was the silent MVP of that time period. But I also really liked his early 90s WCW run.

96-2000 for me.
91-94 WCW would be my favourite though.

Hard to beat 96-00
But it includes a lot of different iconic versions of foley each year he was so drastically different and it was great to amazing -one of the best runs ever in wrestling in wwf imo

Prime Mick Foley for me is either his original 96 Mankind run or 98-99 Mankind run.
That being said, 2000 Cactus Jack will always have a sentimental place in my heart. Didnt really care much for Dude Love.
