Anyone picked up some of these 3D Printed heads?
If so, what did you do to get them to fit on the Mattel head peg? I like the head scans, but they are pretty hollow, so way too big for the head peg.
Anything special used to get them on the pegs or just filling the hole with miliput or whatever?

I've never purchased 3D-printed heads from this dude, but I have purchased them from others. What I like to do is shave down the head of a Mattel figure until it is just a nub with a peg hole. I then glue the nub into the 3D-printed head. I would test it before gluing to make sure it's where you want the head to rest on the body.
I purchased 3D-printed heads from Riot Zoo, which are great, and he uses non-hardening clay or putty inside the head. That way it fits snugly and can move around. It's a cool idea; I just prefer my method.

I use hot craft glue or blue tack (DAP BlueStick) to keep a head in place
