a great rumble excpet for the end with 2 winners. but i am glad i was bret/luger and it made WM10 a little more special with 2 title shots in one night
like others sadi this was the diesel show for awhile there and i loved it

Owen being in the Rumble match didn't make a ton of sense if he wasn't going to have some kind of interaction with Bret, but it made even less sense to have him in there just to be one of Diesel's victims.
That one always bothered me.

The story line there was that Owen was in Bret's shadow. So my guess is they wanted to keep that up with Owen not doing well in that Rumble. If he did well, then it would show that it wasn't a fluke that he beat Bret at Wrestlemania. At least that's the reasoning I have for it.

Peacock. Not sure. I'm definitely going to finish the 90s. But I was thinking of going till 2002 (the last WWF Royal Rumble). But, I'll see. When you say you are binge watching the Rumbles are you watching the whole cards or just the Rumbles themselves? Entire PPV's

I'm a big Luger fan, but man, Bret deserved multiple Rumble wins ffs.
Sometimes, I forget that Bret even won a Rumble until I remember that he shares a win with Luger.
