I am up to the 2003 Rumble now, and I have to say it is quite a great rumble match!
The final four being Lesnar, Undertaker, Batista and Kane really made you think that any of those four could win. I think we all knew Lesnar was going to win the match, but the other 3 guys definitely could have too and were believable to do so compared to other years with the final 4 that were left.
Jericho was the MVP of that Rumble lasting a long ass time and taking that cane shot from Tommy Dreamer that busted him open and gave him a huge goose egg for the entire match.
Wow, does Rosey ever look like Roman. It's so freaky to see that now all these years later.
John Cena just starting the thuganomic rap thing here is weird to see and kind of cringe. Thank goodness it got better in time.
Just a lot of good stuff in this Rumble and a lot of big name stars in it too which was nice!
Anyone else have good thoughts or memories of this Rumble match??

it was the last rumble i really enjoyed
yes the final 4 made it seem like any of them could win it

I love that Rumble. The perfect final 4 for the time, imo
Brock should have, and did win. It was great.

I think looking back at the careers these 4 guys had its easy to say you could have thought at the time that anyone could have won. In the moment/2003 I think it was a no-brainer it was going to be Brock.
Batista was still beating up guys like Justin Credible and D-Lo at that point, he wasnt getting a world title shot
Taker clearly was going to feud with Big Show
and Kane was tagging with RVD more
If anything I would have maybe thought Shawn had a small outside shot at winning and they were going to try to continue the Triple H/HBK feud into a culimnation at Mania.
Definitely a great rumble though. Solid lineup of established guys (HBK, Jericho, Taker, Lesnar, Kane, Booker, RVD) and up and coming guys (Edge, Mysterio, Cena, Benjamin, etc...)

The final 4 was great. Brock was easily winning, but it was still a fun ending tbh.
