Other than having great matches and often outperforming their male counterparts? For me, it's about each woman having a distinct look and character and not being cookie-cutter models with no character or personality whatsoever. In addition, the current WWE Women's Division has women with a bunch of tattoos and piercings which was a vast contrast with the mostly clean-cut Divas Era.
