Because we learned trippy H don't like the forbidden door. He just doesn’t like the term. Calling it the “forbidden door” is silly. It’s just 2 companies with a working agreement.

There are no such thing as doors in the WWE Universe.
An aside, a company that calls itself the "WWE Universe" mocking a term as silly lol

Given the rest of that Triple H press conference, the failed shot at AEW is the last thing the media will remember from it.
I don't see how Okada ends up in WWE. Would be surprising.

Let AEW have him. Between Okada and Mone, AEW will never get out of the red.

Let AEW have him. Between Okada and Mone, AEW will never get out of the red. Its been around for less than 5 years, has a $2b evaluation, a multi-billionaire mogul family backing it, and is getting renewed for a huge Warner deal within the next 12 months. And I'd love to see really any media startup that is profitable within 5 years of opening, let alone the success the business side celebrates already in that short time despite all of its shortcomings AEW has had.

What success are they celebrating on the business side? I’m sure it’s all that video game money. I seriously wonder what is going into that $2 billion valuation since it’s a private company and doesn’t necessarily have to disclose information. They claim they had $100 revenue last year which wouldn’t put them near a $2billion valuation. Even Uncle Dave is skeptical of that number. Not that Dave is always right, but he’s a fan boy more than anyone else and would be the first to jump on this bandwagon. Even he said the valuation is likely due to the UPCOMING rights deal. So not from previous success. That valuation surely cant be from ticket sales, video game sales, or ratings. Note: Not sure if we can even discuss this on this board so I’ll delete this if need be.

I’ve got zero interest in seeing this guy in WWE. If he does go there and it works out, fine. But I hope he doesn’t. I seriously wonder what is going into that $2 billion valuation Dave Meltzer made it up. He’s the only source for it.

He didn't believe the $2 billion number was accurate.
