I’m watching 1993 Raw and there was a match between Jannetty and Doink where Macho Man foils the Doink switch and this turns into a summer house show feud, with syndicated promos. I completely forgot this even happened.
Any others you forgot/ didn’t realize happened?

Tito Santana vs. Rick Rude
It happened between the Jake Roberts and Warrior feud in 88-89. I saw them have a great match on Prime Time Wrestling in fall of 1988 that went to a time limit draw, and I thought, "these two mesh well together." Then just days later I was going through my wrestling magazine collection and found an article on the feud between Santana and Rude. So I am guessing they had various house show matches too at that time.

Goldberg/Jericho.
It was a good feud but I always seem to forget about it. Their match was also good at Bad Blood.

I remember it happening cause Bret is my favorite wrestler of all time, but Bret and Lex Luger post mania 9. They had absolutely no interactions on tv and everyone was pretty sure the KOTR final was gonna be Bret vs Luger and it never happened.

Goldberg/Jericho. It was a good feud but I always seem to forget about it. Their match was also good at Bad Blood. Did that happen in the WWE because I don’t remember them ever having a match in WCW. I remember Jericho mocking his entrance but I don’t recall them actually having a match. |

I remember Jericho taunting Goldberg in WCW mocking his entrance and calling him out a few times, but never a match in WCW. And I don’t recall them ever having one in the WWE. (I totally forgot about that) They should have wrestled in WCW tbh. Their stuff in WWE was good but I feel like many fans forget about it lol. I even forget about it sometimes even tho it was enjoyable stuff. |
