2 that always comes to mind first are...
Piper/Rude at WM VI- I know the feud started the previous August but with the talent these two had I think they couldve pulled it off. Have em both eliminate each other from the Rumble with it being settled once and for all inside the blue bars at SkyDome. Wouldve been helluva better than what they got
Mach/Jake WM VIII- another feud that started the previous Summer and another that couldve ended inside the cage on the big stage. Now I'm not complaining as we got Mach feuding with Naitch after this but man this is another one that deserved it. The finale at SNME did this feud no justice thats for sure

To go with yours:
Hogan vs. Orndorff - WM3 (they deserved the big stage, but I wouldn't change Hogan/Andre)
Rockers vs. Brain Busters - WM5
Garvin vs. Hammer - WM6
Chico vs. Martel - WM6
LOD vs. Demolition - WM7
Rockers vs. Power & Glory - WM7
Dusty vs. DiBiase - WM7
LOD vs. Natural Disasters - WM8

I'd have em walk in as champ as well after winning the cage match on SNME Damn shame Chico/Martel never got a PPV match let alone at Mania LOD/Demo yep. Just Hawk/Animal vs Smash/Ax in their swan song

Shouldve went with it in 2000 2000 was the time. I liked the 4 Way match tho & HHH vs Rock at Backlash was insane. It all worked out in the end. HHH vs Rock was meant to main event WM32 in 2016 but Rocks movie schedule killed it. They teased it at WM31 in 2015 & on SD in 2014. It would have been great brother.

Santana vs. Martel Michaels vs. Jannetty
Piper vs. Rude Marty vs. Shawn is a good shout out. And, they had 2 years to get it done. They should have done it at WM8, but they also could have done it at WM9.

Shawn Michaels Vs Marty Jannetty always springs to mind. Their match on Raw was awesome in both 93 and 96 such a shame their big ppv match at Rumble 93 didn't work out.

Jannetty was fired before WM9 so he never would have made it anyway unfortunately

I don't why they wasted Flair vs Perfect on Raw, when they could have built it over a much longer period for WM9, an event that desperately needed the boost of Flair. I know he was leaving the company (a daft mistake by Vince), but they could have got him to stay on surely until April 4. he was still wrestling until February for the company after all, and was hardly going to turn up his nose at the cut of WWF PPV income, surely?

I've always said how I wish they cut a deal with Naitch to get em through to Mania for the loser leaves town match. It def deserved that big spotlight
