I didn’t want to create a new thread for this, but I couldn’t seem to find a good enough thread to bump to discuss this.
So I ordered an Ultimate Brock from Walmart’s app back in July 2023. I think I ended up finding him and RVD in October but never cancelled my Brock order because I figured either I’d just hang on to it or if a friend needed it, I’d have one on hand. Well, it was set to ship in November. Then December. Then February. It’s current “shipping date” is March 14th. At what point do you think Walmart will realize they’re never going to actually ship it to me? I gave up expecting to get this thing back in January, but I haven’t canceled it yet out of sheer curiosity.
Anyone else still have this thing pending delivery for a ridiculous amount of time? Or any other figures just stuck in purgatory? Specially from a big retailer.

Not Brock I have RVD still pending. And it still says March 14. But I had a Hush Batman (black & grey suit) I preordered with Amazon last year that was supposed to be delivered last Aug 18. But every week since that delivery date I would get another delay email saying it was delayed a week. That went on for seven months until it was actually delivered last week. lol

Happened with me with Eddie G. I held on hope that Walmart would come through even though they been screwing me in the past and guess what, I don't have Eddie G.
I'm hoping for a Greatest Hits rerelease with torso correction.

Says my RVD is coming mid-March now. Ordered it right around the same date as you.
Chatted with CS the other day about why it was moved and its frustrating that an item I can only buy at Walmart is now 8 months late and could be delayed even more.
This time, the guy offered to give me a full refund plus an additional $35 refund so I could buy it from one of the third party Walmart sellers for their asking price of $65. Was pretty shocked he offered that. Seemed above and beyond and I did not take him up on it but left him five stars afterwards.
Depends who you get on customer service chat. Some people just say oh well but some people will just give away money. Worth a shot, if you want to make sure you secure a Brock. If I didn't already have one UE RVD, I would've taken the $65 offer.

When my RA purple camo Edge got postponed and then cancelled, I was offered a $25 off $50 promo code. Amazon in the past offered me enough to buy from a 3rd party seller; I didn't know Walmart could as well. I'd definitely wait out the pre-order until it ships or they cancelled and ask for a make-good. |

I think the Amazon Ultimate Hogan a while back was on order for almost a calendar year when they cancelled it..... THEN re-released it.
I eventually got it but damn, I sure was upset about that for a while.
