I personally think the 03 Ultimate Edition Jeff Hardy is flawless. Feels like a more articulated R3 Tech action figure & beats the Ruthless Aggression figure it’s based on.

These two figures are perfect. CC “Rowdy” Roddy Piper - to me this is easily the best figure Mattel ever made in the WWE line. And it’s one of my all-time favorite wrestling figure.    Elite Series 78 “Superstar” Billy Graham - this figure is perfection.  |

I think SNME Ultimate Edition Macho Man is flawless. I also agree on Doink, all three versions are very, very good.
The figure that set the pace for Mattel was Defining Moments Macho Man WM7, and the WM3 is just a good as well.

The Coliseum Collection has some strong contenders, I would say the Roddy Piper, Jake Roberts and Ric Rude are all perfect figures, Roddy probably being the best.
Easy answer is the Fan Takeover Shawn Michaels but it's an easy answer for a reason, it's a spot on figure even if it isn't my ideal gear it looks amazing.
I think the ultimate Undertaker from the SS 1990 two pack is also fantastic, the only thing that would have improved it is a second tie and maybe a set of purple gloves as well

The Hollywood Hogan UE. Especially now, he has his tan, better butterfly joints and a lot of good accessories. I don’t think we’ve seen a Mattel figure with all of the accessories that Hollywood has.
