Shawn, Macho were part of the crowd fund. Hogan and Bret predate it. It’s only Razor and (soon) Yoko. Which is not much in the what 3 years now since the arena was crowdfunded. So what it had a lot of negativity initially? It got funded, unlike the wcw arena. But we’ve had way more wcw ultimates since that failed. Bret is from 95 tho right in the middle of the nge 1993. Though I technically the new generation kicks off in 1994, I think most people see 1993 as part of the New Generation Era.

Wow, these were some really great reveals IMO. A great little warm-up for WM weekend.
I'm very excited to finally get Imperium Elites. Kind of weird they are Mattel Creations, but whatever. As long as we're getting them, I'm happy.
The Territories four-pack is really great. I've been wanting Gorilla in ring gear ever since his first figure came out. Same with old-school Harley Race. Nice to knock them both out at the same time. The Graham figure looks good too. I wonder if there are any swappable heads in this set. Like a younger Gorilla with sideburns.
The DiBiase & Steamboat set is awesome too. Really looking forward to it. I wonder if there will be a Steamboat head without the bandana.

Is anyone able to tell if that Harley has the mustache as well as the chops? Weird question, but just wondering.

Im pointing out the lack of new gen ultimates since the crowdfund as being weird because every other era is getting tons of ultimates.

Honestly ridiculous to have Imperium Elites be "creations exclusives"....both of those guys have been on the main roster for 2 years, are prominantley featured almost every week, have been in major feuds with top teams. And could easily come with soft goods shirts. But I guess we need to save more spots in the mainline for roman, seth, and legends.
Anyway
I LOVE the next Colesium Collection. Perfect execution on both of them.
Unbelievable they got the rights to those NWA and WWWF belts. That's game changing. Love the figures too, now I can sell my other Billy Graham that I made from buying a 2nd Elite. That 4 pack is interesting, really weird choice to give Ali a soft goods suit top, seems completely unnecessary and trying to create artificial "value". I'm really done with Ali figures though, it was cool getting the Ultimates and the upcoming boxing Legends figure...I have no need for this one in my collection though. Glad to know Gorilla is still on the table, even though I have his original elite, maybe we will get an updated one in the near future....should prob sell mine now before they re-release it
Retro 4 pack is cool. I love the deep cut gimmick Yankem, Shawn looks to be a major improvement. Nice set.

The only guy I really think is missing is a purple gloved Undertaker and maybe a WM Bam Bam or Bulldog. All the other main eventers have already been done or are too plain to warrant one. The midcard names either don't warrant one or are too obscure to be made like a Max Moon.

HBK wasn’t in the crowdfund. Hogan was just after or roughly around the same time. There was another Macho and Bret from that era. think he meant part Of the era WM9 Hogan is New Gen. I’m not sure of exact dates for Pink and Black Bret but I’m sure it passes for New Gen.

Is it safe to assume this Territorial Legends set is what Steve was referring to when he mentioned a while back about "something to go with the Bruno Sammartino" figure?

Great stuff today, although enough with Ali already! That 70s set is like a dream come true, and if it had Bruno with Monsoon it would be perfect. I will still get it of course but really wish Ali was not part of it. Can't believe they did Superstar Graham vs. Harley Race with both the NWA and WWWF titles. Amazing.
Good to know Gorilla is still under a deal. I hope we get another announcer elite since that last one was so hard to find, maybe in the Greatest Hits line. A retro would be cool, too.
Speaking of retros, I LOVE the Isaac Yankem. Can't wait for that one. Bulldog looks really cool too, and Alundra makes sense. Didn't need another Shawn but I don't mind him being in the set. This is a big improvement over the last wave.

Missed the stream, Any insight how Mattel using the NWA belt? if I had to hazard a guess it's because the flags on the side plates aren't exact and they probably won't have NWA anywhere on the belt. Even in the presentation they only referred to it as the territory title or something close to that
