I was able to pick up a cheap Rey Mysterio Basic at WalMart a few weeks back and I am wanting to make a custom Hasbro/Retro. I think the 1990 Hasbro Rick Rude body is going to be the best base model for it, but I am trying to figure out what to do about the arms. I am 3D printing all of it. I am debating a few options and am curious as to what others think. Here are my options:
1) Use the same arm configuration as Rick Rude.
2) Use a mirror 3D print of the upright, bicep posing arm on the left side of Rick Rude.
3) Use Jake Roberts' arms, or use Jake Roberts' grabbing arm on one side AND a mirror image of it on the other side, so there are two grabbing arms but no straight punching arm.
I am thinking the third option is best. What do you think?
