It seems pretty evident that there is something holding them up from making Steiners, not sure why ya'll can't see that.

Huh, maybe they actually did lose Steiners licensing. Can’t fathom why we still haven’t seen early WWF era figures of them. Bummer. I could see Mattel not wanting to touch Rick. But no Scott is weird. |
