WM11 is probably the worst ever WM for me. WM13 & WM9 are up there as well. its def worst of the new gen era manias 11 & 13 are pretty rough. 12 is a little better except the hour long ambien match (14 starts the attitude era manias for me) 9 ended up not too great, but at least the matches were exciting to look forward to, the venue was sweet and card was loaded with new gen era stars i looked forward to 9 much more than 10, but 10 ended up with the better overall matches these all get a bit of pass for me tho over attitude era manais as i just loved golden/new gen eras much more! 15 & 16 werent that great either.

I definitely agree with it being the worst Mania of all time, but I still really like it. It's a guilty pleasure Mania as I laugh a lot when I do watch it from time to time at how bad it is.

I loved WM12 & WM14. At the time I thought WM9 was good, but looking back it sucks lol. WM9 had a great build, good on paper, great hype, great buzz... it felt like a huge deal.

WM11 is an irritating one. Vince had the players to make it great...just like JKOTR 95 & SSlam 95. But he just kept putting them with the wrong dance partners.

I was listening to Something to Wrestle With on Kevin Nash recently, and Conrad brings up a good point regarding LT and Diesel - why the hell wouldn’t they have their new face of the company interact with the big celebrity for WM that year? Had Hogan been there, you know that him and LT would have done something together. But with Diesel - nothing. Hell, his match with HBK was treated as an afterthought despite being for the world title and early in Diesel’s title run.
It’s like they lost all interest in Diesel before WM11. Bruce even said that Vince saw Shawn as his next face of the company immediately following this match (and the fact that he turned babyface the next night - throwing all of Diesel’s booking out the window). Since this was the case, why not turn Diesel heel? That’s what got him over in the first place.
Just a total head scratcher that they didn’t use LT’s mainstream popularity to help Diesel when we know Hogan would have been all over that.

Diesel vs HBK in the main event, LT in Diesels corner, Bam Bam in HBKs corner...would have been much better.
