Im trying to get caught up and going through these it looks like the one that came with UE Kane. Why did they not re-release it in the best off series, hence why im confused. Thanks!

Yeah, just a re-release. It was slated in place of the pitch black bray Wyatt. It was initially scheduled to be part of that wave prior to Wyatt’s death.

It was a quick replacement for the Pitch Black Bray Wyatt, which was removed/delayed due to his passing.
