For a while now the Instagram account Goldeneraofwrestling has posted probably the coolest looking designs and 3D printed wrestling figures of their own collection. Well it’s looking like they are teasing actual figures and it has me pretty hyped. Looking like Hawk and Animal might be the first to be released. Anyone else hyped at the possibilities?

Follow the page and love the work. My concern is how fragile they are. He has posted many times how easily they break apart. Maybe he has found a new way or they are being professionally manufactured now in that style?

Been following their stuff for years. Would be neat to see if they actually do produce licensed products. There are a handful I would be interested in.

Very cool … I would be on board to pick some up depending on who is made & released … “Surfer“ Sting had so many different colorful attires & it would be great to see some of those here that Mattel didn’t release … the orange attire they have pictured was released for his Wwe Network Spotlight basic figure so unfortunately I’d have to pass on that one

I'd be all in. Have followed for a while, I actually love the style- seems to be teasing road warrior figures to kick things off...

Line-up looks great, the renders/looks are well below par.

Line-up looks great, the renders/looks are well below par. There isn’t any lineup that I am aware of. Road Warriors were teased differently than others. The “renders” are their art style. The 3d prints have been coming out a little rough but that doesn’t mean they will be selling them. Scroll through their IG to get a good idea of what they are/do. www.instagram.com/goldeneraofwrestling?igsh=MWlxdHlndjYzZTRhThey create some hyper realistic images but have yet to unveil something physical that matches the quality of their art. I’m hoping they are getting close because I love this style and want so many of this to actually exist:

It’s looking like Road Warriors and Steiners will be their first official figures

Nothing has been confirmed yet- the IG teaser is all we have officially.

There just isn’t any room for a new style with all the “continuations” of classic lines and modern.

It would be pretty funny if a startup company actually gets classic Steiners released before Mattel.

question: how is it possible for Mat Maniacs to have access to make the likeness of all these classic superstars when other retro companies have such a limited or separate list of wrestling stars from the mainstream legends? Like it was mentioned above, they're releasing classic Steiner brothers before Mattel. Not complaining but just curious. Is it because it's hyper-animated or something? I know they are about 2" bigger than these guys, but the remind me of the masters of the universe minis:

Simple answer is because they sign up those wrestlers- not everyone is on a WWE legends deal, and even ones that are dont get every style of figure made (and some arent under exclusive deals).
